Doc's visit yesterday

Hello you faithful few.

Just an update on the ongoing pregnancy. We had our regular office visit yesterday and honestly I was ready to hear an earful from my doctor. He has lived preaching about pre-eclampsia and other scary pregnancy things to me this entire time. Well, it was the most docile appointment to date. I did not gain weight from last month to this month though little C has surely grown. (I feel as though I look like a whale.) My blood pressure is stable as it has been and after a touch examination, we know there are no contraindications to a natural birth. YEAH!!!!!! My doctor even said he no longer considers me a possible high risk pregnancy. DOUBLE YEAH!!!!! God is good and He is watching over us in a way we don't deserve but graciously accept.

Little C's room is about finished and we hope to paint it by the end of the week. SUPER YEAH!!! We can start to put her stuff in her room!!!!!

She is an active girl though not disturbing my sleep too much, thank you Jesus. I am staying hot and tired these days but I am living through it.

That's about it. Love and hugs to you all.

Sorry its been a while

So here is our current update on we three.

Here we are the three of us as of yesterday (3rd of Sept). I feel as though I am as big as a house and when I expressed that to others, they reminded me, I kinda am a house as I have someone living inside of me. hehe

I am in my 31st week and doing well. Our little girl, Chelsea Isabel Hensley Quaresma is doing great. She is a bit big for her gestational age but that is because she has a tall father. The doctor has had me tested for gestational diabetes and I don't have it. He is also on my case about preecclampsia and I also don't have that. Thank you Jesus. I am just a chubby pregnant woman having a rather healthy pregnancy. Yeah! Chelsea is due on the 5th of November but could arrive any time from the 20th of October and forward. Nothing else of great note about the pregnancy.

Walmir talks to his little girl all the time and she even gets more active when he talks to her so we know she will recognize her daddy by voice when she comes to meet us here. He is so precious when interacting with his little girl. He is going to be a "mother hen" of a father. hehe

The baby's room is about done, praise God. W is helping with putting in the inside door and finishing touched this week so we have been staying with mom and dad to not sleep in the dust created by the working.

That is pretty much it from here. I hope God is caring for and blessing you all as He is doing the same for us here. Love you all and God bless!!
